Overview

This 80 L IBC dispenser for spill containment pallets is a tall polyethylene unit, 560 × 480 × 1065 mm, that sits with an IBC bund and gives you a controlled place to decant. Spilled liquid is directed into the sump so it can be recovered and reused instead of soaking into the ground.

It is the taller of our two IBC dispensers. The 100 L clip-on tray is a short drip catcher, while this unit is a taller 80 L piece you can stack with others, which keeps freight and storage space down when you order several for a depot.

At 12 kg net it is easy to position by hand once empty. Its stackable shape also means a pallet of units takes up little room in the store, and ships without wasted space. Plan the final position before you load an IBC, because the dispenser is meant to stay put while you work.

Use it with a bunded pallet from our spill containment range. The smaller 100 L clip-on dispenser tray suits tap drips only, and a bunded drum trolley covers drum handling.

Contractors running site stores on Gauteng building projects use the same set-up for paint, solvent and oil IBCs.
