Description
Overview
This 100 L IBC spill pallet dispenser is a polyethylene tray that clips onto a bunded IBC pallet and catches the drips that come off the tap when you decant. Small drips land in the tray instead of on your slab, and anything larger overflows into the sump below the IBC.
It is a simple part with no moving pieces. You fit it, fill your container under the tap, and lift the tray out to empty it. Because it is moulded from polyethylene it does not rust, and the black finish hides oil staining.
Fitting takes seconds. Because it only manages drips, treat it as a tidy-up aid and keep the pallet sump as your real protection. Empty the tray into a suitable container after each decanting session, wipe it out, and clip it back on so it is ready for the next fill.

What does an IBC spill pallet dispenser do?
It clips onto the IBC pallet and catches the drips that fall from the tap while you fill containers. Minor drips stay in the 100 L tray, so your pallet sump stays cleaner. Bigger spills simply overflow into the sump below. It does not replace the pallet, it works with it.
Will it fit any IBC pallet?
