Overview

The EBH-3 5.5kW solar pump inverter runs a standard 380 V three-phase borehole or surface pump of up to 5.5 kW straight from solar panels. It converts DC from the array into three-phase AC and adjusts pump speed to the available sunlight, so the pump you already own can run without diesel or grid power. A 5.5 kW pump is a common size for farm boreholes, which makes this one of the most practical drives in the range.

For panels, allow about 1.4 times the motor power, which for 5.5 kW is roughly 14 x 550 W panels. They go in series strings to give the high DC voltage the inverter needs, and your installer or our team will size the strings for your pump and site. Delivery and warranty

Kamano delivers with its own trucks from Polokwane to all nine provinces in 1 to 3 days, including Johannesburg, Pretoria, Kimberley, Upington, Rustenburg and Durban. Delivery is charged by total order weight: up to 30 kg R550, 30 to 60 kg R950, 60 to 100 kg R1,450, and over 100 kg on quotation. Orders of R20,000 or more (VAT incl.) ship free.
