Overview

The QBK25 aluminium air-operated double diaphragm pump moves up to 100 L/min through 1″ ports, powered by compressed air alone. It self-primes to a 7 m suction lift, delivers up to 6.9 bar, passes solids up to 2.5 mm and carries PTFE (Teflon) diaphragms.

The aluminium body is the cost-effective choice for fuels, oils and water-based liquids, and it keeps the pump light enough to move by hand. For acids or caustic liquids, choose the polypropylene or stainless steel versions instead. Because there is no electric motor, you can run it wherever you have an air line, and it keeps pumping against a closed outlet. Where it works

A 1″ pump is the everyday workhorse for emptying drums and IBCs, moving product between tanks and cleaning up sumps and bunds. Workshops, packing plants and farm stores run it from a normal workshop compressor. Fuel and lubricant depots in Mpumalanga and KZN use the aluminium version for transfer from drums.

Fit an air filter and regulator, and match your compressor to the 600 L/min maximum air consumption.
