Overview

The DZA(S) 80-65-125 7.5 kW end-suction pump set delivers 27.5 m of head at 36 m³/h and up to about 120 m³/h at 10.5 m. It is a flanged centrifugal pump with a 304 stainless steel casing and impeller, supplied fitted to a 7.5 kW (10 HP) two-pole electric motor and ready for your pipework. It is built for continuous duty on clean or slightly aggressive water, and Kamano delivers it from Polokwane.

Size 80-65-125 means an 80 mm suction flange, a 65 mm delivery flange and a 125 mm nominal impeller. Add your lift to about 1 m per 10 m of pipe and fittings, then read your flow in the specs table: it works best around 72 m³/h at 21.5 m. Does the 7.5 kW DZA(S) pump set run on single-phase power?

No. Both motor options are three-phase, 380 V or 525 V, so you need a three-phase supply and a starter with overload protection. If your farm or yard only has single-phase, tell us your supply and the flow you need and we will advise on what will work before you order.

What flow does the 7.5 kW DZA(S) 80-65-125 give at my head?

What is the difference between the 380 V and 525 V options?

Only the motor supply voltage. The pump end, 7.5 kW rating and price are identical at R 24,392 VAT incl. Pick the one that matches your site supply; 525 V is common on mines, while 380 V is the usual choice on farms and in commercial buildings.

Is this pump self-priming?

No. It is an end-suction centrifugal pump, so the suction line and casing must be flooded before starting. Mount it at or below the water level where you can, keep the suction pipe short and airtight, and fit a foot valve if it sits above the water.
