Overview

The 50 mm waste socket joins two 50 mm waste pipes end to end, giving you a strong, leak-resistant joint in drainage and wastewater systems. It is made from PVC in white, with a precision-moulded design and a smooth internal surface, and it takes seconds to fit with solvent cement. A socket is the simplest way to extend a pipe run or repair a damaged section.

Where it works

Use the socket for bathroom drainage, kitchen waste systems, residential plumbing, commercial drainage and general repairs and maintenance. It is the fitting you need when a 6 m length is not long enough, when you cut out a cracked section of pipe, or when you extend an existing line to a new fixture. On farms in Limpopo, KwaZulu-Natal and the Free State, it also joins offcuts on wash bays and ablution blocks. Keep a handful in the toolbox for repairs. Pair it with 50 mm x 6 m waste pipe and a junction tee for branches. Look at our rainwater and drainage fittings for bends and adaptors. Delivery and warranty

Kamano delivers with its own trucks from Polokwane to all nine provinces in 1 to 3 days, with regular runs to Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Pietermaritzburg, George and Kimberley. Delivery is charged by total order weight: up to 30 kg R550, 30 to 60 kg R950, 60 to 100 kg R1,450, and over 100 kg on quotation. Orders of R20,000 or more (VAT incl.) ship free.
