Overview
This 500 L sewer jetting machine clears blocked drains and sewer pipes with a pressurised water jet, using a 10HP diesel engine, a piston pump and a 30 m hose on a reel. It is mounted on a single-axle unbraked trailer, so a bakkie can tow it from one blockage to the next.
The jetting hose is a 1/4″ thermoplastic hose rated 190 bar, driven by a 150 bar piston pump, and the unit is suited to sewer pipes up to 180 mm. The engine starts from a key box, with the battery and battery box supplied and everything installed. We strongly advise a pressure gauge to protect the pump; ask us to add one.

What size of drain or sewer pipe can it clear?
It is suited to sewer pipes up to 180 mm. The 30 m jetting hose is a 1/4" thermoplastic hose rated 190 bar, so it reaches a good way down a line. Use the cleaning nozzle to push through and the rotating nozzle to scour the pipe walls.
Is the battery included on the jetting machine?
Yes, the battery and battery box are supplied and installed, with the cabling and key start box, so the 10HP diesel engine starts from the key. Everything is fitted before it leaves us. We strongly advise adding a pressure gauge to protect the pump, and we can supply one as an extra.
Does the jetting machine come with a trailer and papers?
It comes on a single-axle unbraked trailer with a 900 kg axle, leaf springs, 13" wheels and a leg stand, and it has registration and roadworthy papers. Unbraked means you keep loaded road runs short and slow, with 500 litres of water on board adding real weight.
