This 500 L pressure washer trailer is a complete cleaning rig on a single-axle unbraked trailer, with a water tank, a 6.5HP petrol engine and a high-pressure pump. It runs at up to 186 bar with 12.6 L/min, so one bakkie can tow it to any site and start washing.
The 6.5HP petrol engine is the lightest-duty engine in this range, with 12.6 L/min at 186 bar. It is plenty for vehicles, yards and general plant. A 500 L tank gives roughly 40 minutes of spraying before a refill, and the auto feedback valve keeps the pump safe when you release the trigger.

What do I need to tow this 500 L washer trailer?
Any bakkie with a towbar that suits the 750 kg coupler will do. The trailer is unbraked and single-axle, with 13" wheels. It ships at 225 kg empty, and a full 500 L tank adds about 500 kg of water, so keep loaded runs short and slow or fill on site.
How does the 6.5HP petrol engine start and how long will it run?
It is a recoil pull-start 6.5HP petrol engine at 3400 RPM, so no battery is needed. Fill with ordinary unleaded petrol and check the oil before each shift. A full 500 L tank gives roughly 40 minutes of spraying at 12.6 L/min, then you refill the tank and carry on.
What can I clean at 186 bar?
At up to 186 bar and about 150 bar working pressure it suits bakkies, trucks, tractors, yards and general workshop clean-up. For caked-on grease or old concrete slurry, step up to a 240 bar unit. Keep the nozzle moving on paint and soft materials so you do not mark them.
