This 500 L pressure washer trailer is a complete cleaning rig on a single-axle unbraked trailer, with a water tank, a 2.2 kW electric motor and a high-pressure pump. It runs at up to 100 bar with 12 L/min, so one bakkie can tow it to any site and start washing.
The 2.2 kW, 230 V single-phase motor suits sites with a plug point or a generator, and it stays quiet and fume-free compared with an engine. A 500 L tank gives roughly 42 minutes of spraying at 12 L/min before a refill. The adjustable unloader sets pressure anywhere from 0 to 100 bar, so you can drop the pressure for softer jobs.

Any bakkie with a towbar that suits the 750 kg coupler will do. The trailer is unbraked and single-axle, with 13" wheels. It ships at 240 kg empty, and a full 500 L tank adds about 500 kg of water, so keep loaded runs short and slow or fill on site.
What power supply does the electric model need?
It needs a 230 V single-phase supply for the 2.2 kW motor, so a normal plug circuit that can carry the load or a generator sized with surge headroom. Keep the supply steady and avoid long thin extension cables. Ask us if you want help matching a generator before you order.
What can I clean at 100 bar?
At 100 bar it is a gentle, steady washer for vehicles, crates, packing sheds, dairy floors and general hosing down. It will not strip heavy caked mud or old concrete slurry, so choose a 186 bar or higher petrol or diesel unit if that is your daily job.
