Description

Overview

The DL32 replacement stack is the complete hydraulic cartridge of impellers, stage chambers and shaft that builds pressure inside a DL32 vertical multistage pump. Sand, grit or running dry wear the impellers until pressure and flow fall away. A new DL32 replacement stack restores factory performance for far less than a new pump, because the motor, base and outer sleeve are reused.

Stage count must match exactly. Read the nameplate, for example DL32-80-2: the number after the first dash divided by ten gives the stages, so -40 means 4 stages.
Mechanical seal sold separately, code 95020102, fits DL32, DL45, DL64 and DL90. Replace it at the same time.

Questions about this product

How do I know which DL32 stack fits my pump?

Read the model on the pump nameplate, for example DL32-80-2, and select that exact model. The number after the first dash gives the stages, so -40 means 4 stages, and the stack must match. A different stage count will not fit the sleeve. Send us a photo of the nameplate if you are unsure.

Should I replace the mechanical seal too?

Yes, we recommend it. The seal is sold separately under code 95020102 and fits DL32, DL45, DL64 and DL90 pumps. Fitting a new seal while the pump is apart avoids pulling it down again soon after.

Do I need to buy a new motor?

No. The motor, base and outer sleeve are reused, which is why a stack costs much less than a new pump. Worn impellers from sand, grit or running dry are the usual reason for lost pressure.
