Overview
This 500 L mobile pressure washer is a skid-mounted cleaning unit with its own water tank, a 10HP electric-start diesel engine and a high-pressure pump, built to sit on a bakkie load bed or a workshop floor. It runs at up to 240 bar with 15 L/min (up to 20.7 L/min), so you can wash plant and vehicles where there is no tap.
The 10HP diesel engine starts from a key switch, so there is no pull-starting at the end of a long day. We supply the key start box and cabling; you add your own battery and battery box. A 500 L tank gives roughly 33 minutes of spraying at 15 L/min before a refill.

Questions about this product
Can I put this 500 L washer on my bakkie?
Yes, it is a skid unit made for a bakkie load bed or a fixed spot in the workshop. The unit ships at 143 kg, and a full 500 L tank adds about 500 kg of water, so check your bakkie's payload. If it is close, fill the tank on site instead of driving loaded.
Is the battery included with the electric-start model?
No. We supply the key start box and cabling, but the battery and battery box are not included, so you add your own. Once fitted, you start the 10HP diesel from the key switch with no pull-cord. Ask us if you want a battery quoted with the unit and we will price it separately.
What can I clean at 240 bar?
At up to 240 bar and about 200 bar working pressure it handles caked mud on tractors and earthmoving plant, concrete floors, trucks and silos. Use the 0 to 45 degree nozzles to trade reach against force, and keep the nozzle moving on painted surfaces and soft materials so you do not strip them.
