Overview

This 100 bar pressure washer is a 2.2 kW single-phase trolley unit that delivers 12 L/min at 100 bar, with a pump turning at 1450 rpm. It is the entry point in our electric range: plug it into 230 V power and it is ready to wash bakkies, floors, pens and implements.

The 12 L/min flow rinses large areas quickly even though the pressure is moderate, which makes it a good fit for car washes and dairy sheds. Voltage must stay constant and never fall below 213 V, or the motor can burn out and the warranty is void. For tougher, caked-on dirt step up to the 3 kW 120 bar trolley washer.

An unloader return is an optional extra and we strongly advise fitting one. Without it, switch the machine off whenever you release the gun: the pump can only sit in bypass for about 30 seconds before the water heats up and starts damaging internal parts.

Questions about this product

Will it run off a normal wall plug?

Yes, it is a 230 V single-phase machine, so it runs from a standard wall socket on a circuit with enough amperage for a 2.2 kW motor, ideally a dedicated one. Please keep the voltage steady and above 213 V; a long, thin extension cord on the supply causes a voltage drop that can burn out the motor and void the warranty.

Is 100 bar enough for washing a bakkie or tractor?

Yes for normal mud and dust, especially with detergent drawn through the venturi. For dried-on grease, caked clay or concrete you will want a higher-pressure model. Moderate pressure with 12 L/min flow rinses quickly and is gentler on paintwork, which matters on vehicles you want to keep looking smart.
