Overview

This 15,000 litre tank with a 0.75 kW peripheral water pump with controller is a matched water storage and pressure set, supplied together so you can store water and pump it from one order. The 15000 litre tank and 0.75kw peripheral pump combo gives you 60 L/min (3.6 m³/h) at up to 60 m head. The peripheral pump trades flow for lift, and an automatic pressure control switch starts it at 1.5 bar and stops it when taps close.

The 15 000 L tank is a large vertical rotomoulded polyethylene (LLDPE) tank, about 2.6 m across and 3.2 to 3.3 m tall, with a maximum fill of 15 318 L. It has a black inner liner to help prevent algae growth and a double-layer wall. Where it works

A 15 000 L tank is bulk storage for a farm, a mine camp or a municipal back-up point. With its high head it suits delivery up a slope or to an elevated tank, such as a hillside homestead in Mpumalanga or a farm yard in the Western Cape.
